Duo Grip Tractor Tire Chains

Duo Grip tractor tire chains are made for use in the snow for extra traction and are for off-road use only. These H-Pattern chains, while slightly more expensive, are the most popular type of tractor tire chain we sell.
They provide more chain contact with the ground surface than the ladder style, due to having more cross chains per side providing more lateral stability. In addition, the cross chains are linked so that they ride on top of the lugs and will not fall between tread bars. Consequently, Duo Grip Tractor Tire Chains are ideal for deep lug tread tires.
Duo-Grip Style chains are recommended for general field work and hilly conditions. They are not recommended for use on pavement as they may dig into blacktop or concrete more than the ladder style.
